REGISTRATION
Registration for the TVS 2025 will open by the end of 2024.
Participation fee*:
Early bird rate: EUR 1100,-* until February 25th, 2025 (excl. 20% VAT)
Standard rate: EUR 1290,-* (excl. 20% VAT)
* The participation fee includes Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, program booklet, digital proceedings, coffee breaks and lunch. The fee for additional participants is 60,- (excl. 20% VAT)/person for the Welcome Reception and 120,- (excl. 20% VAT)/person for the Gala Dinner.
Cancellation policy: Only a written cancellation will be accepted. For cancellations made two months in advance of the event, you will receive a 100% refund, deducting €120.00 administration fee. For cancellations made less than two months in advance, there will be no refund. In case the event will be cancelled due to COVID or similar reasons, you will receive a 100% refund deducting €120.00 administration fee.
Exhibition
We can also offer limited space for your exhibition stand. The exhibition area is in front of the entrance to the symposium area (Karajan Hall).
Exhibition floor space cost* (minimum 6m²): EUR 520,-/m² (excl. 20% VAT)

* Please notice that the price includes the participation fee for one person only. All exhibitors have to be registered. The rate also includes white walls, one white counter, two spotlights, one table and three chairs. Please note that the Vibration Association will not be held liable for any damages to or loss of exhibition materials or the exhibition stand. The Official Safety Regulations of Salzburg Congress apply.
