Cancellation of participation
Participation can be cancelled by directly contacting the Vibration Association (preferably via e-mail to info@torsional-vibration-symposium.com).
Cancellation policy: Only a written cancellation will be accepted. For cancellations made two months in advance of the event, you will receive a 100% refund, deducting EUR 120,00 administration fee. For cancellations made less than two months in advance, there will be no refund. In case the event will be cancelled due to COVID-19 or similar reasons, you will receive a 100% refund deducting EUR 120,00 administration fee.
During the event there may be taken some pictures and/or videos on behalf of the TVS. With the registration I declare, that pictures and videos, on which I am portrayed, can be used for reporting purposes on the Torsional Vibration Website as well as their social media accounts and different publications.
